There are 22 study rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the library and on the Terrace level in the commons for use by WCL students. The following policies apply:

Study rooms must be reserved using the reservation system at https://wcl-american.libcal.com/reserve/groupstudyrooms

Students using a room without a reservation may be asked to leave the room by students with a reservation

Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance

Study room use is limited to 2 hours per user per day to ensure availability for all users

Reservations must be booked in 2-hour time blocks

Users may only hold a maximum of 7 reservations at a time

Furnishings from other parts of the Library may not be brought into study rooms without library authorization

All library and Washington College of Law policies apply to students using study rooms

Study rooms are subject to availability and reservations may be modified at any time by Library staff
